Shell processing
This process forms the main unit of the cap.Punch the aluminum plates that have been printed and coated. Perform deep drawing to shape the form of the cap, and trim it to the required height.
Knurler processing
This process forms the side of the cap.
Knurler processing forms the vent hole that helps release the pressure from opening the cap.
For the bridge, which works to separate the cap when it is being opened.
Liner processing
This process is to attach the sealing material for sealing the interior of the cap tightly.
Inspection
Strict inspection is conducted in addition to inspections during each process for each cap.Only caps that pass this test will be packaged and stored.
