Aluminum Bottles(Bodies)

The following describes how to manufacture the body of an aluminum bottle.

Forming the shape of a cup

Punch aluminum sheets, and form the shape of cups as the foundation by shallow drawing.

DI processing

Perform the drawing & ironing process for cups to shape them into thin, narrow cylinders.
There is no seam between the base and the can body. Cans can be perfectly sealed after filling of beverage."

Trimming

Cut the upper body of the can to the required height.

Cleaning

Inject warm water and chemical solutions to wash off the lubricants attached on the can's surface.
After cleaning, perform the surface processing and dry the cleaned can in an oven.

Printing

Use a high-speed printer to print the can's surface based on the assigned pattern. Separate the printing design by color and produce a plate. Copy the pattern onto the blanket (rubber plate). Swirl the blanket and the can at the same time. Print on the side surface of the can.

Ovening

After printing, apply varnish and bake in an oven. This helps form an wear-resistant, smooth surface.

Interior coating

Spray the can's interior for coating to keep the flavor of the beverage inside and to prevent corrosion of metals. Dry at high temperatures around 200Ž.

Necking aluminum bottles

Slowly perform the drawing process for the mouth to the required size according to the necking molds used. Form the threads, which are intended for opening and closing the cap, and perform the process for producing an opening.

Inspection

A strict inspection is conducted in the middle of each process for each can.Only cans that pass this test will be packaged and stored.
